  • 02/2022: I have been appointed to serve on the Committee on Radio Frequency Allocations of the American Meteorological Society (2022-2025). Passive/active coexistence is a key area for future sensing (weather, climate, radio-astronomy) and communications, we discuss some implications for the spectrum above 100 GHz in this paper.

  • 11/2021: Check out the Open 5G Forum - November 17 and 18, free registration. Partially supported by an ACM SIGMOBILE grant.

  • 10/2021: We presented a demo at the Mobile World Congress in Los Angeles on intelligent control for O-RAN networks. It is also part of the O-RAN Alliance Virtual Exhibition.

  • 07/2021: The DeepBeam dataset and code are publicly available. This is the first 4 TB I/Q samples dataset at 60 GHz. The DeepBeam paper has been presented at ACM MobiHoc 2021.

  • 07/2021: I co-authored a change request that has been included in the O-RAN Working Group 3 Near-Real-time RAN Intelligent Controller E2 Service Model (E2SM) KPM specifications.
